Once in a time there was some sense to work bit less salary in tcs. If you get privilege by seeing big glass house number of employees , and bargain for marriage industry Tcs may be better. But you don't mind all this hell and belive your caliber when ever you say x or 2x increment go for itz not even do bargaining z because they don't have a system to evaluate you and provide market salary.

To be very honest, you can try negotiation for clear your doubt but I would suggest just go for it.

Money really matter.

Don't think tcs will give you more than 8 lpa. All they do is double the salary.
