Hi I'm confused to choose which one
Java developer 5 yoe
Capegemini ( senior consultant c1)
CTC - 24 (22L fixed + 2L variable)
Publicis Sapient (senior associate l1)
CTC - 24.7 ( all fixed)
I am looking for long term stay in the company. I fine with both CTc. But looking in terms of work life balance and security

Publicis sapient is the worst..... Total red flag company..... If u havent already realised this by their interviewing process you were lucky i guess......
I would suggest try to counter once with Capgemini.... It is stable and you should atleast get some wlb while working with them as compared to ps.

Capgemini is far better. Sapient doesn’t have job security.
