Capegemini onboarding documents
Hello everyone, I got an offer letter from Capgemini and shared my documents with the HR by email. Later, I got a mail from Capgemini saying that the relieving letter and experience letter are pending on the BGV portal.
When I opened the portal, it showed a "resume mismatch" message on resume(not clickable). I think it's because I shared a different format of my CV with HR as she asked. Also only the "employment" section is clickable, and there it shows that my experience and relieving letters are still pending.
If anyone has recently joined Capgemini, please share your onboarding experience.

Just check with your HR recruiter for resume mismatch.and BGV will be done once you join the organisation. You will receive an onboarding email to fill some data.You have to complete that as it is necessary for day 1 of onboarding. Once you complete that you will receive another e-mail for Physical Onboarding (this you will get 1 day before your DOJ)
