Capegemini HR discussion completed and Waiting for offer.
Hii guys. I'm a mainframe guy with 4 years of experience . And gave L1 & L2 interview 10days back and had my Hr & salary discussion on last week Tuesday 21st oct and we discussed about doj since I was a immediate joiner they gave the tentative dates with this month of 30 or 31 of oct and I'm okk with that too..now I didn't received the offer yet from capegemini . While checking the application status it's changed from in progress to we're reviewing all applications.while checking with hr he said like it will be released soon. What does the application status means?!can someone helpe on this.will.i get this or I need to look for other opportunities ?

I am also facing same issue. Today i discussed with HR about doj and the HR said will send offer today eod. But still not received an offer and while checking my application status is 'reviewing all applications'. I am not sure what does mean ? So can you please help me on this.
