Please join this call to further discuss as we will be sharing the process of CIP.
NOTE: Incase if the rejection reason is not correctly updated on tool, please connect with the project PDC/leads/Project TFS to get the same deleted as per the details mentioned in the rejection email.
My friend got these mail today. What to do next? How to pass this capability test? Or they are going to fire her?

They are initiating PIP, it’s a silent layoff. The HR will reach out and set the 4 weeks program which will be unachievable.

45 days she will be safe but afterwards what cip or TFS team will do don't know
