Dear Friends,

I recently received an offer from Capgemini, and I would like to know more about the following aspects:

Appraisal Process: How does the appraisal system work? How often are appraisals conducted, and what factors influence salary increases or promotions? I am planning to join in March first week, so am I eligible.

Variable Pay: Could you please explain how the variable pay structure works? I have 4.5Lakh Variable Pay now.

Don’t accept variable pay , ask them to add in basic only

But they increased my CTC and then kept Variable pay

So, we'll receive variable pay or not??

sorry boss it depends on your connections as decisions are biased it totally depends on skills other than tech work i mean something special you have to show because generally all have same skiils at the same time every one cannot be given same rewards it depends
