Can't we avoid 90 days Notice period?

Hi fellow users,

I hope you are all doing well.

I need your advice on my job switch. I am currently working as a system engineer in tcs since jan - 2021.

I want to switch into data analysis, which is impossible inside tcs as my manager won't release me (as I'm acting as a lead and solo performer for mainframe support & handling clients). Here In my current project, the work sucks. No chance for learning & growth. Doing unnecessary reports for the sake of stupid client. I learnt powerbi out of interest and tried showing the data in a visual way (atleast to build experience) to my client, but he is not interested. Still he is using the same old excel pivot tables.

I got vexed due to all these and i started applying to jobs in naukri. Getting a few calls. But all are asking for immediate joiners. And no-one seems interested in waiting for 90 days.

I got 2 calls today and both were saying they are looking for people who can join in the next 10-15 days.

Should i resign and take the risk?

Bhai kuch companies ko koi problem nai h, 90 days NP se. Like Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo wo sab, jaha Data Analysts ka role h, waha try karne. Baki companies chahiye tho, resign karke try karna padega (if early release is not possible).
