Can't figure out SIP type shit, Help a brotha out

I'm planning to start investing via sip on some mutual fund, and do have some option to start investing through my bank app but I'm not sure if that's the best way to do it or is there any proprietary site or an app to do this shit. I see that some funds are giving very high returns with very high risk I know thats a no no. So I need ur take or advice on how to start this
