Fractal - 8.5 lpa + 50000rs bonus Tech Mahindra - 11 lpa (9.7 fixed) ProcDNA - 13 lpa fixed Celebal Technologies - 15 lpa (13.5 fixed + 1.5 variable)

Anyway EOD money matters, so mostly 15lpa wins

I tried they are willing to go till 12.5. My target is fractal but losing 3 lakhs is the ctc i am not sure

Research work culture via ex employees and google for each of them. Money matters but peace of mind aswell, who knows the more paying org sucks out your personal time and your energy too much. And then choose the right fit
