Can't believe my life

Can't believe I have 4 yrs of experience and not even 4LPA salary. I am in the BPS process and want to switch to data analyst, business analyst. I am just broke and now sure what to do.

I suggest switching fast. If you are stuck in bps even after 7 years you won't cross 6lpa, speaking from my own experience. Even after 6 A band, this was my case. As a last resort, i resigned and then only they came up with salary restructuring and designation change

Why dont you try to switch to a IT project and then you can move out of TCS with a good hike

Upskill yourself. Currently Market is not that great. So you will have time to upskill. Meanwhile also check if you get transfer to TCS IT.
