Trending @Cognizant; Can't access cognizant portal

It's showing me I can't access my microsoft account, but I can login into the VM they gave me for WFH. Has anyone else faced this issue?

Update on this issue, apparently they wanted to install a windows patch so they disabled my account. We did a call trying to patch windows but it didn't work and the IT guy said that this was a common issue
