Canonical's Increment Cycle
I am expecting an offer from the company soon. Does anyone know how are the increments in canonical? It is time based, performance based or what? I would negotiate my package accordingly.

Yes I applied for remote, they are a remote first company. The recruitment process is the weirdest in the market.
- After shortlisting, they ask you to write a doc while answering 30-40 questions from them.
- Post that, you have to pass Thomas Assessment. Its a pretty easy test but you have to be super quick. Practice as much as you can(3-5 hours of practice is enough).
After that they conduct three more rounds,
3) basic screening (Technical, conducted by team member)
4) Tech+ Managerial (conducted by your future manager)
5) Team fit (Technical, conducted by someone from another team who works closest with your future team)
6) HR round and ctc discussion
