Cannot grow financially in TCS. Want some advice!
Being an MBA Associates working in TCS for the last 2.5 years as a business analyst, I am not able to grow financially. There is no curriculum for MBA (Marketing) Associates for wings1, I have been chasing TD head for 1 year to bring curriculum for us, but still no updates in this cycle as well. And when we ask to apply for the normal wings1 exam, they are saying that even though you passed it by distinction, you won't be getting any beneficiary, and right now, my salary is also the same as the associates who has cleared wings1. Should I chase the manager for promotion and be at C2 grade and try wings2 or Chase TD head to bring curriculum? Or is there any other solution for this.
The work is good, and teammates are good, so I'm really not thinking of switching, but these things are demotivating me to work in TCS.
Promotion will.give you max 15% of raise For wings, if Wings2 has a marketing related curriculum then you can talk to the TD team and go for wings2.
If they are not having for wings1 why would they have for wings2. I have to give wings2 in the normal cycle.
I think TCS was not hiring for MBAs before now they have hired but might not have thought of financial growth cycle.
