How does it feel when you guys sit alone at one location without your team 2 days a week? If someone if of age 23-30 and wanna catch up to sit and spent time in cafeteria then we can connect.
been doing this since last year November when i joined , a trick that did for me was i come at 10am and leave at 12.45pm that way i come back home withing lunch time and login by 3 again
sit all alone in ddc5 , no1 cares not even team member , although client is in gurgoan but this policy forces us to come to accenture office only and since i sit only for 2 hours at max so i be in the accenture premises only.
anyhow i would say switch is a better option as project change or making frnds would be tough one , not every one u meet will b ur frnd.
