Candidates not able to find jobs and companies not able to find candidates, story of job market in India.

Maybe it's time companies figure out what exactly they are looking for. You are not going to get a candidate who fits the job description 100%. It's better to see the candidate's experience and skill set and see how best they can fit in.

Be realistic, most employees learn on the job more, than in college or training institutes. If a candidate has good enough experience in a skill set, it won't be much of a problem for them in getting up to speed on an equivalent skill set.

Recruiters need to reconsider the entire process, calling it broken is an understatement. Else we will be having this deadlock always.
