I have referred a candidate and candidate got offer letter. Joining is on 10th June. But candidate forgot to inform recruiter about one company during screening phase. Today recruiter called and told why you didn’t disclose about the company. BGC team is asking for the reason

Company exists in PF.

Candidate didn’t tell about compnay because candidate don’t have experience letter payslip and absconded that compnay?

Question is will it affect on boarding of candidate ? Will it lead to BGC issue? Please suggest
