canada work visa for wife

I got the canada onsite opportunity and my wife is also TCSer.. my travel is planned for next month. my wife's manager is giving new reasons every time and delaying and not raising work VISA.. I heard that tcs supports in such cases but I am not feeling the same.. anyone knows if we can take any other specific route for her work VISA and onsite opportunity..
