I am getting an offer from MNC for onsite in Canada. My wife is also a working IT professional. We both together have CTC around 71LPA in India.
My Canada offer is around 90CAD yearly. If my wife is also getting similar offer is it worth shifting to Canada We have also kid of 2 years, so if we are moving to Canada we need to search for daycare.

If the plan is to have a good quality of life, if both work, then choose canada. If money is sole reason, it doesn't make any difference.
