Can your reporting structure change when we're on lwp
Can our reporting change to a Rmg while we're on long lwp for health reasons? All of a sudden my project details have gone and my reporting is changed. I happened to notice it on my team. I asked my project but they're not responding to any of my calls. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and who I should contact here?
Yes, reporting structure can change during LWP. Contact RMG for clarity. If they don't respond, escalate to HR. Act quickly to avoid complications.
Rmg also doesn't have any idea they're asking me to meet other rmg and also hy hr is not responding
You can check in ultimatix or teams org section to whom you are reporting and he/ she from which RMG. Example I am in RMG hence in teams it is showing the RMG hr and for any query I reached out to him through emails only. Call they will not entertain.
Hi I have been in the same position as yours. I mailed my previous manager and hr. Hr told me that if you go on lwp for a long time you are get released to rmg by default. Its just that you have to check with your previous project whether they would like to take you back ?
