Can you withdraw resignation anytime? Is it guaranteed or will you be still asked to leave if project gets a backup?

No buddy, if you resign and if there are no much dependency, they will let you go

Earlier when an associate sent a resignation letter.. they would panic thinking they would now have to work and find a replacement..Nowadays when a person sends a resignation letter they are damn happy.. they feel now we have to torture 1 less person and we are one step closer to our monthly target..😅😂

Earlier the process was pretty easy but not so sure now. Also it depends a lot on your current team and Manager
