Can you please let me know how to get project release. I will be working in same project for more than 6 years

There’s a mobility policy which says associate should be considered to explore other projects if he has been in the same project for 5+ years…u can initiate a mail after discussing with your manager and by keeping HR in cc and follow up on the same every week till they give u release

I have requested for release on Feb from onsite but they said release is not possible from onsite. They only provide release date from onsite and now provide date for project release. What is the best way of approach without hr escalation

Go to your immediate supervisor and state politely I have some other plans. Kindly initiate my release and plan back up resource. Give hand over to new resource. That's it.
