Can you help me find a 1 BHK flat for rent in shivaji nagar, Pune?

I have in living in kharadi for about an year or less in PG and I switched my company which is in Shivaji nagar. I have a month to shift as I've given notice at my place and I'm a little tired because I could not find good flats for rent that too without brokerage. That's why I'm posting in the community if any of you can help out it would be great! The main thing is good locality and safety which is my prime concern. Also I'm little tight on budget.
