Can you give some examples of good/bad WLB or work culture in Indian sbc or big 4 companies?

I am trying to switch. It will be my first switch. And have no experience of current work culture or WLB situation in the service based companies or big 4 companies.

Will you share some of the good or bad experiences of these companies.
