Those who've opted Yes, I'm assuming you're getting all four at your workplace. Please mention them so that others could also try to apply therešŸ˜‚

I would brag I have them all (surprisingly)

Good Salary: 27L CTC (20 Base)

Good Culture: Yep, all friendly peeps here.

Career Growth: Yep, there is no distinction between the project I get (MLE-1) and what MLE-2 or 3 get. We all are somehow treated well and given interesting projects to work on.

Work life balance: We come to the office once every week, and the rest days I hardly work for more than 3-4hrs.

I guess if you join a good early stage co . By good I definitely don’t mean well funded , but a co where founders are genuinely interested in building a good long term business . Salary won’t be astronomical as compared to highly funded startups but will be at par with market . Rest of things are usually taken care of . Especially the culture part . Good founders ensure that the early team members feel like a family .
This all coming from a personal experience

I have worked with one such name . Shopkirana - I can vouch for all these things there. Only problem with them is that they are based out of Indore and hence they have lot of problem in bringing talent

The primary requirement is that you have enough skill and talent to justify all 4.

I have friends at qualcomm who work 6 hours a day in a great culture. You need a baseline level of intelligence that you can pull off enough value add in six hours. Not everyone is good enough.

I would put growth & culture in a single category.

I typically tell people around me that you need to choose your priorities because you won't end up with all 3 (or 4 in this case). But if you get the 2 that you're looking for the most, then you should be content.

Dude, if you are getting Good Salary, Career Growth and Work-life balance - it automatically implies Good Culture. What else is good culture?

Good culture means you can take leaves whenever required , no micromanaged, good colleagues.

Definition of good salary is subjective. Once you’ve that cleared, you can look for culture, growth & wlb as these aspects u don’t have direct control over. And these 3 are possible in established brands I feel like Google, Uber.
