Trending @Accenture; Can we work from outside India for few weeks

Can we work from US for a month ? Have a family emergency for my extended family and need to be with them for help and checking if they will track down working outside India .

I checked with my manager and he mentioned it is not allowed

Best is not to tell anyone and use dedicated VPN from US which gives you an Indian IP.

Very bad advice bro. If caught which will definitely happen as we are working for an IT firm, it will lead to compliance issues and even worse termination.

Family emergency can be dealt with either PTOs or such bad workarounds.

Not allowed but check with hr if exception can be raised

Don't work from Outside country as it will be against country compliance...inform your manager and Lead regarding situation and they might assign that country laptop for a while
