Trending @Capgemini; Can we withdraw our resignation after all our clearance is completed before LWD ?
I wanted to withdraw my resignation but all my clearance is completed as my manager's lwd is one day before mine. So ideally I will not have any reporting manager on my lwd. So can I withdraw my resignation on lwd in such a case ?
You might be able to. All direct reports of your manager will be assigned to another person as a process for your manager's exit. There is an ongoing HR transformation though which has put all supervisor change requests on hold until 7th July. If your and your manager's lwd is before that, then you might be in trouble.
Ideally don't keep your resignation withdrawal till the lwd. 1 business week prior to lwd would allow you enough time to get everything processed. Remember your manager will probably not have access to laptop 2-3 days prior to lwd
Mine LWD is 1st July and RM's is 28th June.
