Can we use our earned leaves to compensate notice period like I have 30 Earned leaves can I use them and serve 30 days less in my notice period is that possible

Yes, it's possible to adjust ur Earned leaves only against your notice period. Talk to HR.

You can avail those only if you are on bench and could not report to RMG if you are far from your workplace.. Again thats Waste of leaves

Yes, that is legally possible in all organisations, TCS cannot be exception. Suggest you read HR policy (Exit process) carefully, it must be mentioned there.
