Can we use Indigo flights

My sister came to Varanasi from Bangalore through Indigo airlines yesterday and by evening she suffered Brain Haemorrhage and is currently in hospital. We feel it happened due to flight decompression system, like whenever we sit in flight we feel sharp pain in ears, I think same is responsible for my sister brain haemorrhage.

Indigo don't maintain proper flight safety protocol and charge us 15 k for even domestic flights.

I am not joking, i am serious.

This is Grave issue.
