Trending @Capgemini; Can we take PTO during notice period ?

I’m currently not on notice period but I’m curious. I have a few leaves accumulated, would i be able to use those leaves during the notice period like usual? Or can we trade it for an earlier release?

You can Utilze them or Encash them at checkout i.e. F&F settlement.
But they may not be lenient as usual in approving. You can take sick leave but they may ask for Attachment this time. Depends on ur manager and project. But trading them for earlier release won't happen Pal.
