Trending @Cognizant; Can we take long leave, while in ADP bench time. Does anyone have any idea about it?

It depends on your HCM... Generally leaves are not allowed but it cannot be so restrictive if someone needs it urgently for some emergency

I am in bench for past 20 days and I have already took 2 leaves last week. Next week I'm gonna take 3 leaves since I cannot go to office as I need to be in hometown. I have pending 7 expiring earned leaves and I don't think they can terminate me just because of taking earned leaves before expiry. It's obviously pending since one have not used leaves and worked sincerely. If they gonna restrict this, I'll expect the worst and company will have to expect the worst from as well. 🥂

I also want to know this . Please anyone have any idea pls tell.
