Only nortel. The GE security will not allow you to just swipe in and out. Esp if they see you without any bag or laptop, they will tell you to go.
But lots of people I know do this swipe in and out in Nortel location.

Just to add. Since last 3 weeks, in Nortel office too, the security tells you to write your name and emp id in a register outside the glass door.
