Trending @Accenture; Can we roll off a hardlocked project as a fresher

I have a medical reason and the team lead is not flexible to work from anyother loc than my base location. And asked me to get it rolled off . And can we get any further projects after this ? . And are there any specific number of chances to get projects ? And how can i get a peoject of my hometown location ?.
