Can we request work from home due to the ongoing war? How can we convince the manager that it's a genuine concern?
They don't accept instead thay want us to suffer so that they can replace us with cheap resources......this is the comment I saw on other similar post.....which holds good for this post as well
You need not convince him.. everyone is aware on every bit of information.. Suprisingly everyone have their views as well.. All I want to say is they are in same position as well. If they are empathetic at all they will consider else its like always “I dont give a f**k” attitude.
Can we take wfh when you are going to get released from the project on the month of july?
I guess the best way would be to convince your manager that she should WFH as she is too important to the project and company to be lost to war.
I think location based WFH will be better at least. Am from Bangalore am okay to go to office as war is not directly affecting in Bangalore.
War is done and dusted!! Unless of course, there are TCS offices in border districts, they would want u to work from office!!
They might rather say "work from border"
If you are actually near the active conflict zone then you can raise the concern for WFH
