Trending @Accenture; Can we request for a release from a project? Does this worked for anyone here in the past?

No never even on medical terms , they will not release you , i guess medical terms is also not considered strong , so no release is possible . Don’t i will suggest i suffered a lot for this .

Very rarely possible. They will ask your interest and try to change your team within the project if you don't like your skill. Else, they will release you if you make any escalation but that may affect your feedback. In either case, it is a win-win for the project only. Talking about the very rare case, if they are interested and find a better replacement for your role, roll off is possible but remember their goal is to increase the headcount of resources in each quarter.

I think if we have a strong reason then they'll initiate the release.........
