Can we reject the band and ask for release from the project?
Got C Band. Have worked hard in the project with extend hours. Very disappointed
It is easier to get released from a job rather than a project. So a better option for you is to switch as C band itself means no promotions and negligible hikes for upcoming years.
Not sure that's going to work as they may change your band to D taking you PIP forcing to withdraw from the same or else you will be forcibly asked to resign if you aren't agreeing to the same..Better move on by preparing for switch instead.. Wishing you best of luck for your future..
Well its the same with me, got C band, as joined project in june last year, last year i worked 2 months for i got release this account i got 3 ipf due to cheap politics and got assign to different project for 10 months currently this project i got 4.16 ipf rating, but on average i should atleast get B Band but i got C Band where it makes my soul misery, this is 3rd year iam geting C band due to politics sucha sick company
Find better offer and move on.
