can we reject projects as lateral join, Does it will create any problem to confirmation And like to know how to change the unit
Infosys has a no refusal policy. Let me tell you what will happen if you reject a project.
- A mail will be triggered from Alcon or something like that in which it will be mentioned project refusal.
- Project refusal team will connect with you over mail and over teams also.
- You should have valid reasons for the project refusal like skill mismatch etc.
So it's better to refuse any project in a clever way 😉 .
You can't reject more than 3. 3 is the limit post that they'll make a mark on your profile and will deploy you into any project without your consent.
Ok if we go into any project after 1 or 2 years we need to change project at that time, is that possible with valid reasons
As per covid guidelines , you cannot reject single project without having valida reasons. You can later request for release after 1 or 2 years
When you are rejecting a project, clearly mention the reason in the email to HR, so that next time they will show you a project with your skillset and that email will be a proof for you as well.
