Can we reject Band ??

U can disagree but nothing will happen

From my personal experience it is nearly impossible to change once assigned they will acknowledge the rejection but wont reconsider even if you present facts In my case My manager said he dont know the band assigned to me i knew he was lying but it was something you cannot counter back and they just said they will reconsider in next appraisal after successfully wasted my few opportunities.

You can reject once, but can't reject again if they give you the same. Have seen things happen 😂. Can't do nothing.
