Yes talk with manager or tpd who is assigned to you. My notice period was reduced even I am in project so yours can also be reduced

Depends upon your manager dude sometimes they relase u in 21 days only on bench

It's depends on your manager, if he is ready to release to early than you can reduce your notice period to 60 or even lesser days
