Any options can we reduce the notice period to 15 days? Can I pay out any amount or sync with the leave balance. Any other options pls let me know.

No, the notice period is 90 days. You can try negotiating with your manager or HR, but don't count on it. Using leave balance or buyout is rarely approved.
