Can we redeem earned leaves ? I have 52 earned leaves. Can I reimburse them ? Or it can only be done after leaving TCS ?

EL above 44days will be encashed automatically in March salary. So in April you will have 44 day of EL. When you resign, all the remaining EL will be encashed
