Can we quit the amazon and accept other company within few months can't I come back again to amazon

Hi, I'm thinking to try outside for program manager role rather than here. I just joined like 3 months back as an application engineer and don't want to continue as a support engineer. My worry is if we go out within few months of joining can't i come back to amazon again?
