1. If you are on bench then case manager will not allow it.
2. if you are in project and your role is going to end then you will not be allowed to take back and you might be the target of PIP
3. only your role is for long term and they have dependency on you then you will be allowed to take it back

Hopefully you haven't got your resignation acceptance letter yet. Then you will mostly be able to take back your resignation.
