Trending @Accenture; Can we negotiate notice period in Accenture?

It is negotiable in rare cases i think. My friend got admission into IIM and he requested for early exit.
Yhe request went upt to leadership I think and he had to pay some amt to Accenture , but he got early exit as far as i know.

Maybe, but in most cases it’s a non negotiable. They don’t even consider a buy out.
