Trending @Accenture; Can we miss 2 consecutive weeks RTO without exception?
Is it possible that we can miss RTO for 2 weeks without raising an exception? Will it cause any issue?

Dude, nothing against you; But I'm really finding it hard to trust the comments on Grapevine. The other day, one person commented that he got a warning email for missing office for a couple of weeks.
If u skip more weeks then only u will get non compliance mail. Exact days not sure
If your lead/manager are not tracking in your team then it’s fine but if they do they will ask the reason and they will use it against you when the time comes for hike/ promotion. I skipped office for 4 weeks and my lead ignored it but my manager asked for details and then she used it as feedback for me this cycle.. so choose wisely
Yes just your pl should be informed so that they don't create an issue for it
