So these receipts are the proof right to save tax on Fuel reimbursement and car maintenance amount that the company provides to us? Or is there any other additional proofs along with fuel receipt- like two wheeler registration proof?

Only a fuel receipt is required no registration required ,
Just do payment via card, so that customer slip is with you while applying for reimbursement
