Can we join IT company with fake exp now? Sql, ssis

I've dropped out of college, failed at business, joined edtech wave, lost all the money again in business and completed my degree 7 yrs.

One of my friends suggested there are openings in sql and they've joined in the same way. Are there interviews happening in this recession wave...???

if i were a company, i would check your epf account the moment you provide your pan card and it wont show any entry and you would be caught and kicked out!

Can't we mention that my previous employer doesn't have epf?

you can if your previous employee had employee count below 18 I guess. Cross check, mandate for Employers to provide EPF is below 18 employee count
