Trending @Cognizant; Can we Join Client’s company as fulltime employee
Hello guys,
I have total of 5yoe experience and recently joined cognizant 7months back and my client asked me if I can join their company as full time employee and my client company is in banglore
They are offering 50% hike. Can I join Cognizant’s client company.
If we join, will it cause any legal issues

You have to check with someone from the project because sometimes companies have contract with the clients which prohibits you from joining the client so you need to confirm on that without that no one can suggest anything.
@PrudentHonesty So check it with the person who offered you this role.
As per contract the client cannot hire talents from the vendor and there should be a gap of minimum 6months if the client wants to hire you. But on mutual terms the client can request and hire talents. It happens in many projects.
