Can we join back TCS within 2 days post resignation.
Team , my colleague has resigned and yesterday was his LWD in TCS. His joining in the next company is 23rd Sep 2024. Today he got a call from the company stating his offer is revoked due to some management call. Can he join back TCS post resignation ? Please help team.
