Trending @Cognizant; Can we go to any of the office location in cognizant or have to go to the lication specified by manager only? My location is pune and i want to go to noida/Gurgaon

My location is Pune also. But I am going to Noida office ( project)

Raise a request for location change and can work from Noida

If your manager approves your location change request or if you have an approval on email from manager then you can report to your preferred location. Otherwise, you might face a situation where you get questioned by HR. As long as your base location stays Pune in the records, you are expected to be there.
