Trending @Accenture; Can we get wfh exception for a month just by mentioning it because of festivals (navratra to diwali)? Traveling every week will be hectic.

That counts towards the attendance requirement? Someone on Telegram told me last month that it doesn't

What's your travelling routine?

It depends. I mean, I need to be at home at every festival as my father lives alone. Since mid June I was on my base location, took 2 weeks wfh for rakshabandhan and janamasthmi.

You can try, but Lord HRs will reject it even if your manager accepts. Just put a mail and let them notified. Pro tip: Take as many leaves as possible during this time

Same question ,my exception was auto rejected as no one acted on it

How does it work? We have to create a WFH exception from that portal and also get approvals from our managers and hr, right??

U can stay 1 month at home...or just come one day in month...May be it will get ignored as u r already regularly going office
